‘Meditation & Pranayama is an exploration into the world of mindfulness, beginning with a 10 minute meditation followed by 20 minutes of pranayama, where different breathing techniques and movement patterns are utilized to help you better be in the present moment without judgement. The group will meet every Sunday at 9am (30min).’
