Service Description

‘Chairs is a combination of breath and mobility exercises, infused with the hatha yoga practice, designed to better inform your overall joint mobility and potential. During the practice, we will be utilizing a chair, blocks (2) and a strap to create scaffolding to support and inform the internal and external boundaries of the body. This class is great for people with stability, balance and mobility issues. The group will meet every Sunday at 9am (50min).’
